FLOOR SKIRTING FIRST OR PAINTING FIRST

I’m redoing my room with new built-in cabinets, repainted the walls, and remove and change a new floor skirting. In what order should I complete these tasks for the best results, and why?

For the best results, the recommended steps are: install new skirting first, then painting work and finally build the new cabinets. In the future, if you like to change the room layout and remove the cabinet the skirting will still be there. Also, removing the old skirting may leave old marks, so painting after the skirting work is done will ensures a clean and neat look.
