Skirting Mark After Installation

From the photo, you can see the existing old skirting. 10 to 20 years ago, most of the skirting is either 60mm, 70mm or 80mm. The old wooden Skirting provide by HDB can be up to 100mm

Currently all the new skirting, the standard height is 60mm. So if your old skirting the height is 60mm. There will not be much issue. But if your current skirting is 70mm, 80mm or 100mm

After we remove and dismantle the old skirting and install the new skirting. You can see there a different old skirting mark on the wall due to the old skirting which have the height of 70mm.
